15 MONTHS OLD

Davin is now 15 months old going on 16. He has really developed quite a personality over these past few months. He now says: momma, dada, bye-bye, kitty, ba-ba (milk), baby, and of course plickle. He can tell us what sounds a horse, bird, cow, monkey, snake, and lion make. He can say "shh" and put his finger over his mouth while he does it. We are teaching Davin some sign language and so far he uses "more", "eat", and "milk" regularly. He has 5 teeth. 2 on the top and 3 on the bottom. He runs around the house like crazy and babbles all the time about who knows what. At his recent check-up he weighed in at 23 1/2 lbs and is 30 1/2 inches tall. This trip to the doctor's office was much different. It was a big boy visit. Davin stood on the regular scale to be weighed and stood against the wall to measure his height. Then when it was time for his 2 shots, he did not even fuss or cry. The nurse couldn't believe it. He is the bravest boy! Davin loves to read so we go to the library every week to check out new books. His favorites seem to be any book with animals.
