HANGING WITH BABY KYNLEY

Jimmy, Ashley, and Baby Kynley came over to our house for dinner last night. Kynley is getting to be such a big girl so after dinner we decided to let her try out Davin's bouncy seat. She loved it! Davin felt the need to show her the ropes and shake the seat up and down a few times. Kynley's first roller coaster ride too!

A VISIT WITH GRANDMA & GRANDPA

Grandma Susan and Grandpa George had some free time last weekend so they came down for a visit. We all had a great time. Davin played and read books with them at the house and then we went out to dinne. The next day we all went to church, had lunch, and took a trip to the mall. It was a busy schedule but filled with laughter, love, and fun.

FOR THE LOVE OF BOOKS

Davin's most favorite activity right now is reading books. We have books all over the house and he will pick one up, bring it to you, and sit in your lap while you read it. Sometimes we will read up to 8 books in a sitting! Some of Davin's favorites include: I Went Walking, Bubbles, Bubbles, and Eric Carle books. Mommy and Daddy are very happy with Davin's new hobby. We even visit the library weekly to check out new books. Here are few pictures of "book time" in Davin's room.

DAVIN'S FIRST HORSE RIDE

On Saturday we went to Jordyn's birthday party. Davin had fun playing with friends, eating cake, and even got to ride on a horse. The horse is named Buckshot. Davin rode the horse with his friend Pressley. Daddy walked right next to the horse the whole time while Pressley's Daddy guided Buckshot. Davin loved it. He would periodically pat the horse during the ride. After he was done he gave Buckshot a "thank you" pat for the ride.

LAUREN, SALLY, AND GRANDPA GEORGE VISIT

Auntie Lauren is back in Florida from California for a few short weeks before she heads up to New York for grad school. She wanted to come and visit Davin before leaving so she came down with her mom, Sally, and Grandpa George. We had a fun day visiting, playing, and a lunch date. Davin got spoiled rotten with gifts from all parties.
