Davin and Mommy Meet Baby Sebastian
We are so thrilled that Baby Sebastian has arrived. Jose and Kerri welcomed Baby Sebastian on Friday, March 5th. Sebastian and Davin were the same exact height and weight at birth! Kerri, Jose, and Sebastian are all doing great and adjusting well at home. Davin had to go to the pediatrician in Wellington for his 9 month check-up so it was the perfect time to stop in and meet Sebastian.

Davin got to tickle Sebastian's toes.
9 months old
Davin is now 9 months old and so much has changed. He is a crawling machine! I feel like I run in circles all day chasing and corralling him. In addition, he can pull himself up to a standing position on everything. He is starting to learn to walk around while holding onto things. He is currently 20 lbs 4 oz, 28 inches long, and still has no teeth. Davin has learned many more sounds including the /m/, /th/, /d/, and other various screams and noises. He can now eat Cheerios and Puffs. He basically chews to break them apart and then gums them until he can swallow them. I will try and post some new videos of him crawling, driving his "car" aka walker, and eating Cheerios.

Mimi and Grandaddy Come for a Visit
Mimi, Grandaddy, and Mumzie came to visit us at our new house in Port Charlotte. We had lots of fun playing, reading books, and giggling.

A Quick Lunch with Grandpa, Grandma, Uncle Tim, and Aunt Lauren
Uncle Tim and Aunt Lauren were in Largo for a wedding so we met half-way between Largo and Port Charlotte for a lunch date. Davin got to visit with Grandma, Grandpa, Uncle Tim and Aunt Lauren. It was a great lunch because we got a private room all to ourselves. Funcle Timmy even tried to sneak Davin back to LA in his jacket.

The Punta Gorda Jazz and Wine Festival
As a Christmas present, Mumzie and Papa Z got us tickets for the Jazz and Wine Festival in our soon to be new home Punta Gorda. It was fabulous! The weather was perfect and we sat right on the water and enjoyed lots of good food, drinks, and music. Funny story...as we entered the gate, the staff asked if we had a ticket for the baby. We all laughed thinking they were joking, but they weren't. Since they were serving alcohol at the event state law required everyone pay and have a wristband to enter, even an 8 month old infant! So mommy is saving Davin's first wristband. Who thought that would come so soon?

Hanging Out at Ms. Vickie's House
Murray and I loved this picture so we had to share it with you. This picture was taken at Ms. Vickie's house by her daughter Amanda. This is right around the time that Davin turned 8 months old.
