A Visit to the Pumpkin Patch

Today Davin got to visit the pumpkin patch for the first time ever. He got to help pick out a big pumpkin for the family and he even got a little pumpkin for himself. We went to the pumpkin patch with our good friends Jose and Kerri. They are going to have a playmate for Davin in Feb/Mar. We can't wait! The pumpkin patch was great. They had a maze, lots of different kinds of pumpkins, hay bails, and scarecrows. All in all it was lots of fun. I attached a video of Davin talking all about his adventure and his new pumpkin.

My First Veggie...Sweet Potatoes

Davin got his first taste of a veggie on Saturday night. The vegetable of choice: Sweet Potatoes. After a nice meal, Davin went to sleep and slept for 12 HOURS STRAIGHT!!!!!! Alleluia!!! We'll see if this is a pattern or not.

A Visit to the Green Market

Auntie Julie took Mommy and I to the St. Petersburg Green Market. It was soooo much fun. Live music, yummy food, and beautiful weather. Then we watched the Gator game. Whew! That was a close one.

My First Rice Cereal...Yum Yum!

Davin had his 4 month check-up and a few shots (ouch!) this past Friday. He is now 15lbs. 4oz. and 25 3/4 inches long. The doctor recommended we start him on rice cereal for breakfast and dinner. After rice he will be able to have oatmeal, barley, and then we will introduce fruits and veggies. Here are a few pictures from his first few tastes of rice cereal.

Davin is now 4 months old and starting to roll from his back to stomach and stomach to back. He is talking up a storm and laughing all the time. He also enjoys watching Florida Gator football.
